I'm a backend tech lead with 10+ years of building and running production systems in Python, Django and FastAPI. I'm a hands-on lead: I design the architecture, write the code and deploy it, then set up observability and improve the system step by step based on what it shows. I also set the team's technical direction through code review and shared practices. I live in Thailand (UTC+7) and work remotely with teams in Europe, the US and Asia.
I also build my own products. JodRubJai is a personal finance app live on web and Android, where I handle everything from the Django API to the Kubernetes cluster. My resume has the full history.
What I do
New products and existing ones. I can start a product from an empty repository and take it to production, as I did with JodRubJai and TypeLearn. I can also join an existing product and improve it while it keeps running: upgrade Python and Django or move it to a different stack entirely, find and fix bottlenecks, untangle code nobody wants to touch, split a monolith into services, switch from REST to GraphQL.
Backend development. APIs and services in Django and FastAPI that stay maintainable as the product grows: multi-tenant SaaS, REST and GraphQL APIs, integrations over RabbitMQ and Kafka.
Kubernetes and platform. GitOps with Argo CD or Flux, Helm, CI/CD and monitoring, so developers don't have to think about infrastructure. TypeLearn is a worked example: one Helm chart runs it in a local kind cluster and in production.
LLM integration. Features built on language and vision models, through an API or self-hosted, with costs you can predict. Examples: reading receipts with OCR and a vision LLM and hybrid search with an MCP server.
